It is just half a mile from the larger village of Blakeney which has a mini-supermarket, delicatessen, fishmonger and other amenities. The world famous beaches of Wells and Holkham, seen in Shakespeare in Love are just 15 mins west, while the stunning reed marshes and beaches of Cley and Salthouse, home to a great variety of birds and seen recently in The Duchess, are just 5 minutes East. There are many excellent places to eat including a great village pub, and the michelin starred Morston Hall.
